CNHED is delighted to welcome Nicole Andonie as our newest employee, serving as our Business Economic Associate.

Before joining CNHED, Nicole made significant contributions to the Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC). In her role as a Small Business Coach and Senior Program Coordinator for the Empowered Women International (EWI) program, she provided one-on-one technical assistance to small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs. Additionally, Nicole played a pivotal role in coordinating and executing the Entrepreneur Training for Success (ETS) program—an accelerator designed specifically for women entrepreneurs. Her commitment extended to other programs and services offered through the EWI program. During her tenure at LEDC, Nicole demonstrated her innovative spirit by creating and leading the Wealthy Woman program. This groundbreaking initiative focused on financial capability training and financial coaching specifically tailored for BIPOC women and Latinas.

In recognition of her dedication, Nicole was selected to participate in the Pete Garcia Community Economic Development Fellowship offered by the National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders (NALCAB) in 2022. Through this experience, she equipped herself with the skills necessary for impactful leadership.

As a lifelong learner, Nicole actively seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth. Her commitment to community service shines through her volunteer work, where she supports women entrepreneurs, immigrants, and initiatives focused on social justice. Nicole is a fierce advocate for women’s rights and economic equity.
