The Coalition (formerly CNHED) is pleased to announce recruitment for the fifth cohort of its ELEVATE Minority Executive Education Program! The Coalition is accepting applications for ELEVATE Cohort V now through Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 11:59 PM, and interviews will be scheduled on a rolling basis.

As we reflect on the incredible work we’ve accomplished over the past year, we’re excited to share a big change with you — one that marks the beginning of a new chapter for our organization. After much thought and conversation, we’re pleased to announce that the Coalition for Nonprofit Housing and Economic Development (CNHED) is now simply The Coalition.

We are thrilled to announce that CNHED has been awarded a $3.6M three-year grant through the Greater Washington Community Foundation Health Equity Fund in partnership with the Washington Area Community Investment Fund, Inc. (Wacif).

We are excited to announce the relaunch of DCSmallBizHelp, a one-stop resource hub to help plan, start, and grow your small business! The newly revamped website connects small businesses to various services, programs, lenders, and government agencies in the District that can provide support, resources, or essential information to help plan, start, and grow their businesses.
