This 90-minute workshop/webinar assists the participant in understanding the processes involved in the development of a viable and comprehensive business plan and is a continuation of the business model canvas developed in Module 2.  The seminar facilitates discussion on the important elements of the business plan, and, assists the participant in understanding the use of the business plan as a living roadmap document and as a tool for seeking financing for the business.  Participants will be provided the presentation and worksheets in advance of the workshop/webinar that will be used for module exercises.  Participants are encouraged to complete Modules 1 and 2 prior to this workshop/webinar and are also encouraged to get assistance from a DCSBDC business counselor.
